Our group training program is designed to last between 30-45 minutes. Structured training under a coach’s guidance. We begin with warm ups for that particular days lifts (upper body, lower body and full body) then we proceed to guide you through the training while assisting with form and recommending best lifting techniques. The goal of the program is to help burn fat, build lean muscle and increase your overall energy. Great for beginners and experienced lifters also!
