Alejandro has over 20 years of experience in training all fitness levels. From beginners to competitive athletes to powerlifters. His extensive background in athletics led him to begin training athletes while playing Semi-professional football. After retiring, he began his focus on helping all levels achieve their fitness goals. He takes pride in being able to provide structured training to those who have never trained and to those seasoned lifters. With 15 years experience in powerlifting, he also has coached and trained over 90 lifters. And he also still competes to this day. He believes we all have a chance to be better and he will work closely with you to achieve those goals.
